Request account deletion

Use this form to request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it. You do not need to be signed in to submit this request.

What we will do:

• Acknowledge your request within 10 business days at the email address you provide.
• Delete your account profile, contact details, AI-generated drafts tied to you, and any uploaded documents associated only with your account.
• Within 30 days of acknowledgment, complete the deletion or explain in writing why we cannot.

What we may need to retain: records of completed freight transactions (broker records under 49 CFR Part 371), records required by tax law, and limited information necessary to comply with legal obligations or to defend against claims. Any retained information is segregated and used only for those purposes.

If you are signed in, the fastest route is to email privacy@landairseaint.com from the address on your account — we will verify ownership from the matching sender. Self-serve in-app deletion is on our roadmap.
